The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- Smoothie Bowl:
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup sliced mango (I used frozen)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- ice
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- Toppings:
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon blueberries
- 3 strawberries (sliced)
Instruction
- Add all ingredients for a smoothie in a high powered.
- Mix until smooth.
- Pour in bowl. Add toppings and eat immediately!
