Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • Smoothie Bowl:
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced mango (I used frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • ice
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Toppings:
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon blueberries
  • 3 strawberries (sliced)

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients for a smoothie in a high powered.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Pour in bowl. Add toppings and eat immediately!
