The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup mango pieces
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup plain low fat yogurt
- 1 whole lime (peeled)
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 2 inch piece ginger root (diced)
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
- 1 cup water
- 2 scoops ice
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
