Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 Cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • Cheesecake
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 Tablespoon blueberry jam

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Prepare an 8x8 or 9x9 pan with non stick spray and set aside.
  • In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, and cocoa powder with a whisk.
  • Add the salt and baking powder and whisk again for one minute.
  • In a medium bowl combine the eggs and vanilla.
  • Add the egg mixture and butter to the flour mixture, stir to combine.
  • Pour mixture into prepared 8x8 pan.
  • In a medium bowl beat the cream cheese for 30 seconds.
  • Add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla, and beat for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese topping onto brownie mixture.
  • Using a teaspoon, drop the blueberry jam all over the top of the cream cheese.
  • Using a butter knife, swirl the jam through the cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
  • Cool completely before cutting.
