Ingredients
The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 Cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 Cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons vanilla
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- Cheesecake
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
- 4 Tablespoon blueberry jam
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare an 8x8 or 9x9 pan with non stick spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, and cocoa powder with a whisk.
- Add the salt and baking powder and whisk again for one minute.
- In a medium bowl combine the eggs and vanilla.
- Add the egg mixture and butter to the flour mixture, stir to combine.
- Pour mixture into prepared 8x8 pan.
- In a medium bowl beat the cream cheese for 30 seconds.
- Add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla, and beat for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese topping onto brownie mixture.
- Using a teaspoon, drop the blueberry jam all over the top of the cream cheese.
- Using a butter knife, swirl the jam through the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool completely before cutting.
