Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 5 oz goat cheese, softened
- 2 1/2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 3 tbsp honey
- 12 Naan Dippers (or comparable naan bread)
Instruction
- Pre-heat oven to 375°F and place naan on a baking sheet.
- Place naan on a baking sheet and set aside.
- Mix together goat cheese, 1 tsp thyme, yogurt, and 1 tbsp honey in a medium mixing bowl.
- Scoop 1/2 tbsp mounds of the goat cheese on the naan bread.
- Bake for 6 minutes to warm the cheese and toast the naan.
- Remove from oven and transfer to a serving platter. Top with blueberries, a sprinkle of thyme, and a drizzle of honey.
