  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1-2 cups almond milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons Chia Seeds (organic, pre- soaked is best)
  • 1 tablespoon LSA

Instruction

  • Pop everything into blender and whizz it up to preferred consistency.
