Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup (139g) blueberries
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp honey, divided
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2-3 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- Crackers or French Bread, for serving
Instruction
- To make the blueberry topping, add the blueberries, lemon juice, sugar and one tablespoon of honey to a small saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat until bubbling and the blueberries begin to burst, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
- To make the cheese layer, stir the goat cheese and cream cheese together until well combined and smooth.
- Add the salt, remaining one tablespoon of honey and rosemary to the cheese and stir to combine. You can add more or less rosemary, depending on how strong you want it.
- Spread the goat cheese mixture out into a shallow dish, then top with the blueberry sauce. Drizzle with more honey, if desired.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or sliced bread.
