- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup low carb sugar substitute (or equivalent)
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar-free vanilla extract (or 1 teaspoon each vanilla and almond extracts)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup blueberries
