  • 1/4 cup low carb sugar substitute (or equivalent)
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup low carb sugar substitute (or equivalent)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar-free vanilla extract (or 1 teaspoon each vanilla and almond extracts)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup blueberries
