The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 5 cups blueberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Roll pie crust into a round 9-inch pie plate. In a medium bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
- Pour blueberry mixture into the pie crust. In a small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle crumble over pie. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
