The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter (almond, peanut or sunflower)
  • 1 1/4 cups milk of choice

Instruction

  • Place all the ingredient in a high powered blender, and blend until smooth.
