The following ingredients have 4 Servings

- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cups milk (any kind - even coconut or almond)
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (or if you would prefer - another flavor)
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch a few drops of blue food coloring (if desired)
- Greek Yogurt (see directions for amount, Plain or Vanilla)
