The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 clementine, peeled
- 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1/2 cup plain, full-fat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- handful of spinach, optional
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender making sure the clementine is at the bottom. Blend until smooth. Add a splash of water or juice if needed to help blend.
