Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 clementine, peeled
  • 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup plain, full-fat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • handful of spinach, optional

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender making sure the clementine is at the bottom. Blend until smooth. Add a splash of water or juice if needed to help blend.
