Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 cup spinach (1/2 - 1 cup - fresh, baby spinach)
- 1 banana (peeled, cut up and frozen overnight)
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 cup yogurt (Greek)
- 7.8 grams Dr. Axe's Multi Collagen Protein (one packet or one heaping scoop)
- 3 ice cubes (optional - depending how thick you want your smoothie)
Instruction
- Add all the ingredients in your blender container. Cap the blender and blend until ingredients are combined.
- Pour into glass
- Sip
- Smile
