Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 cup spinach (1/2 - 1 cup - fresh, baby spinach)
  • 1 banana (peeled, cut up and frozen overnight)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (Greek)
  • 7.8 grams Dr. Axe's Multi Collagen Protein (one packet or one heaping scoop)
  • 3 ice cubes (optional - depending how thick you want your smoothie)

Instruction

  • Add all the ingredients in your blender container.  Cap the blender and blend until ingredients are combined.
  • Pour into glass
  • Sip
  • Smile
