Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup oats (old fashioned or quick)
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt (low fat)
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • Ice

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients into blender and puree until smooth. Enjoy!
