The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup oats (old fashioned or quick)
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt (low fat)
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- Ice
