Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium banana (frozen and cut into chunks)
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk or milk of your choice

Instruction

  • Place the oats in your blender and pulse until coarsely ground.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
