The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 medium banana (frozen and cut into chunks)
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk or milk of your choice
Instruction
- Place the oats in your blender and pulse until coarsely ground.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
