Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 1 (12 ounce) package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (torn into bite sized pieces)
  • 1½ cups blueberries
  • 2 large bananas (sliced)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 t nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2½ tablespoons butter (cold, thinly sliced)

  • In a medium bowl, beat eggs and milk until thoroughly combined. Add maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Continue stirring until everything is blended.
  • Pour egg mixture over bread layers. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • Before baking, cut together flour, brown sugar, and butter with a pastry blender or fork until clumps are about pea-sized for the crumb topping.
  • Sprinkle topping over refrigerated bread mixture. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 45 minutes, until firm and golden brown.
