Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 banana (peeled)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbs honey
- 2 tbs LSA (linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds)
- 1 tbs flaxseed oil
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve in chilled glasses with pretty paper straws.
