Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 banana (peeled)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 2 tbs LSA (linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds)
  • 1 tbs flaxseed oil

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve in chilled glasses with pretty paper straws.
