Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup low fat or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup blueberries or other fruit of your choice
- 2 tablespoons aliments or other nuts of your choice
Instruction
- Place all ingredients into a sealable jar or container.
- Mix together and chill for 8 hours.
- Sprinkle nuts on top of oats before serving.
