Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups banana (frozen chunks)
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen)
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed (ground)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until incorporated. Add a handful of ice for a thicker smoothie or extra almond milk to thin the smoothie out depending on desired consistency.
  • Place into glasses and serve immediately.
