Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • one or two handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1 cup milk (of choice (I use unsweetened almond milk or cashew milk))
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese (or plain Greek yogurt or a non-dairy yogurt alternative)
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • tiny pinch of salt
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3-5 ice cubes, (based on desired texture)
  • additional honey, (sugar, stevia, or desired sweetener, if needed to taste)

Instruction

  • Place the ingredients in your blender in the order listed.
  • Use the Smoothie cycle if your blender has one, or pulse a few times then slowly increase to maximum speed, stopping once desired texture is achieved.
