Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- one or two handfuls of baby spinach
- 1 cup milk (of choice (I use unsweetened almond milk or cashew milk))
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (or plain Greek yogurt or a non-dairy yogurt alternative)
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
- tiny pinch of salt
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 3-5 ice cubes, (based on desired texture)
- additional honey, (sugar, stevia, or desired sweetener, if needed to taste)
Instruction
- Place the ingredients in your blender in the order listed.
- Use the Smoothie cycle if your blender has one, or pulse a few times then slowly increase to maximum speed, stopping once desired texture is achieved.
