Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 1/2 ounces white rum
  • 1 1/2 ounces blue curacao
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 ounce cream of coconut ((like Coco Lopez))
  • 1 cup ice
  • Blue sugar crystals (, cherries for garnish)

Instruction

  • Dip fingers in cold water and run around the rim of a glass.
  • Pour sugar crystals into a flat dish.
  • Roll cup rim in the sugar crystals to coat.
  • Set aside.
  • Add the rum, Curacao, pineapple, cream of coconut, and ice to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass, top with a cherry, and serve.
