Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 1/2 ounces white rum
- 1 1/2 ounces blue curacao
- 3 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 ounce cream of coconut ((like Coco Lopez))
- 1 cup ice
- Blue sugar crystals (, cherries for garnish)
Instruction
- Dip fingers in cold water and run around the rim of a glass.
- Pour sugar crystals into a flat dish.
- Roll cup rim in the sugar crystals to coat.
- Set aside.
- Add the rum, Curacao, pineapple, cream of coconut, and ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, top with a cherry, and serve.
