Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 Avocados
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh Jalapeño (Seeded & Chopped)
  • 2 Tsp Garlic (Minced)
  • 3/4 Cup Red Onion (Diced)
  • 3 Small Roma Tomatoes (Diced)
  • 1 Cup Blue Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Sage (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Cup Bacon (Cooked & Chopped)
  • Salt

Instruction

  • On a cutting board, pit avocados and dice.
  • In a mixing bowl, add cumin, cilantro, jalapeños, garlic, onions, tomatoes, and sage. Fold the mixture with a spatula.
  • Add lime juice and mix. Add blue cheese and bacon and mix well to desired consistency. Add salt to taste if desired.
