Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 Avocados
- 1 Tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 3 Tbsp Fresh Jalapeño (Seeded & Chopped)
- 2 Tsp Garlic (Minced)
- 3/4 Cup Red Onion (Diced)
- 3 Small Roma Tomatoes (Diced)
- 1 Cup Blue Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Sage (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Cup Bacon (Cooked & Chopped)
- Salt
Instruction
- On a cutting board, pit avocados and dice.
- In a mixing bowl, add cumin, cilantro, jalapeños, garlic, onions, tomatoes, and sage. Fold the mixture with a spatula.
- Add lime juice and mix. Add blue cheese and bacon and mix well to desired consistency. Add salt to taste if desired.
