Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 5 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 ounces blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup reduced sugar, dried cherries - chopped
  • 1/4 cup shelled , roasted and salted pistachios - chopped

Instruction

  • In medium bow, use a spatula to mix together cream cheese and blue cheese until fairly smooth -- it's okay if a few lumps of blue cheese remain.
  • Mix in chipped cherries and chopped pistachios until combined.
  • Enjoy with pairings like celery sticks, roast beef slices, low carb crackers, et.
  • Leftovers may be stored, covered in plastic wrap, in refrigerator for up to 3 or 4 days.
