The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 150 g almond meal/flour
  • 1 eggs - medium
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 30 g butter (for frying)
  • 2 cloves garlic minced (crushed)
  • 4 slices bacon (diced)
  • 400 g mushrooms (quartered)
  • 125 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 100 g blue cheese (or your favourite cheese)
  • 4 eggs - medium (lightly beaten)
