Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 medium red onion (minced)
  • 1 small jalapeno (minced (remove seeds))
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 pound bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • salt to taste

Instruction

  • Cut avocados in half and scoop out the flesh into a bowl, removing the pit. Add chopped onion, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, bacon, and blue cheese.
  • Mash the mixture until it is creamy with some chunks remaining.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
