Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1/2 medium red onion (minced)
- 1 small jalapeno (minced (remove seeds))
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 pound bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- salt to taste
Instruction
- Cut avocados in half and scoop out the flesh into a bowl, removing the pit. Add chopped onion, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, bacon, and blue cheese.
- Mash the mixture until it is creamy with some chunks remaining.
- Salt to taste.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
