The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 to 8 blue potatoes, cut into quarters
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- large ziplock baggie
- 6 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- blue cheese salad dressing, optional
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400º Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In large ziplock baggie, combine dry onion soup mix and oil. Add potatoes, mix together.
- Pour potato mixture onto parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Remove from oven.
- To serve; sprinkle potatoes with crumbled blue cheese. Serve with blue cheese dressing, if desired.
