Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 to 8 blue potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • large ziplock baggie
  • 6 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • blue cheese salad dressing, optional

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400º Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In large ziplock baggie, combine dry onion soup mix and oil. Add potatoes, mix together.
  • Pour potato mixture onto parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  • Remove from oven.
  • To serve; sprinkle potatoes with crumbled blue cheese. Serve with blue cheese dressing, if desired.
