Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 12 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 6 sliced bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup red onion (diced)
  • 1 jar Litehouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing
  • Salt & Pepper to taste.

Instruction

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. I prefer to cook mine al dente.
  • Drain and rinse when cooking is complete.
  • Add pasta to a large bowl. Add chopped vegetables and bacon.
  • Pour one jar of Litehouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing and mix to incorporate.
  • Refrigerate for one hour.
