Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Glass Bottle (Tip- Use wide mouth bottle to scoop infused veggies out into drink!)
  • Sliced Cucumber Strips To Taste
  • Red Chili Peppers To Taste
  • Lemon Rind (I peeled 1 whole lemon rind for this and it was great!)
  • 2 Teaspoons Peppercorn
  • 6 Pieces Peeled Garlic Clove
  • Green Onion To Taste
  • Baby Corn (I used 6 Whole Pieces- This is more for aesthetic rather than taste :))
  • Dill To Taste (I used roughly 7 Stalks)
  • Vodka (I used Classic Club brand- use equivalent ounces to suit your bottle.)

Instruction

  • Rinse bottle well- Let dry completely.
  • Wash veggies well (this will help with keeping your Vodka clear- I didn't do a great job of this and it left my vodka a bit cloudy!)
  • Add all veggies to washed and dried bottle, pour vodka into bottle, and let sit for at least 24 hours before serving. Use within 2 weeks.
