Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 large lime
- 1 1/4 ounces silver rum
- 4 ounces blood orange Italian soda
- Soda water
- Ice
Instruction
- Cut the lime in half, not end to end. From on side, cut a lime wheel and set it aside.
- Place 3 mint leaves in the bottom of a rocks or collins glass. Muddle the mint until it becomes fragrant.
- Squeeze one lime half into the glass, extracting as much juice as you can. (You can discard the lime or put it in your drink, whichever you like.)
- Fill the glass with ice. Pour in the rum.
- Fill the glass halfway with Italian soda, and then fill the rest of the way with soda water.
- Place the last mint leaf on top and garnish the glass with a lime wheel.
