Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup gluten free oatmeal (I like Bob's Red Mill)
- 1 cup water
- dash of salt
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1/2 blood orange (sliced)
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp pistachios
Instruction
- Add oatmeal, water, and salt to a bowl and cook in microwave for one minute.
- Add some almond milk to taste and top with blood oranges, chocolate chips, and pistachios.
- Serve immediately.
