Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup gluten free oatmeal (I like Bob's Red Mill)
  • 1 cup water
  • dash of salt
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/2 blood orange (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp pistachios

Instruction

  • Add oatmeal, water, and salt to a bowl and cook in microwave for one minute.
  • Add some almond milk to taste and top with blood oranges, chocolate chips, and pistachios.
  • Serve immediately.
