- Blender
- 1 Large Banana
- 450 ml Coconut Milk
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Large Avocado
- 1 Large Mango
Instruction
- Load sliced banana, a can of coconut milk and maple syrup into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Remove half into a separate container for now.
- Add sliced mango into the blender and blend until smooth.
- Load into smoothie cups.
- Clean the blender enough to remove the green avocado marks.
- Load sliced mango into the blender with the spare base mix that you put to one side earlier.
- Pour the mango mixture over the avocado mixture and then serve.
- Add in any extra ingredients such as frozen fruit and blend again.
