Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup milk (whole recommended)
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 large eggs (at room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 tablespoon brewed coffee
- Whipped cream - optional topping
- Chocolate chips or shavings - optional garnish
Instruction
- Heat milk in a saucepan to 180°F. Pour milk into blender and add chocolate chips. Blend on high speed until combined and smooth.
- Add eggs, bourbon, and coffee. Blend on high speed for 2 minutes.
- Pour mixture into a bowl. Lay plastic wrap on top to prevent a skin from forming.
- Cool to room temperature then chill overnight. Stir just prior to serving.
- Serve topped with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate chips or shavings if desired.
