Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 cups frozen blackberries or 1 pint fresh blackberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
Instruction
- In a sauce pan, combine the blackberries, sugar and water. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle in the cornstarch and stir to combine. Stir until cornstarch is combined and mixture is thick. I leave the berries whole but you can mash at this point is you don’t want big pieces. Makes 2 cups.
