Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 200 g (1 1/4 cup) fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 120-240 ml (1/2 -1 cup) milk
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) Greek yoghurt
  • Honey to taste (optional)

Instruction

  • Put all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth and then serve.
