Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 3-4 large mint leaves (fresh) OR Thai basil leaves are also awesome in this smoothie (it was a close second place)
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 – 1 cup spinach
  • zest of 1/2 orange
  • coconut whipped cream on top

Instruction

  • In a blender combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve.
  • Drink.
