Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 4 oz Gin (I used Tanqueray)
  • 2 Tbsp Blackberry Jam (**See Note)
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Rum
  • 1 Tbsp Pineapple Juice
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Simple Syrup
  • 5 Ice cubes

Instruction

  • In a martini shaker, add 4 ounces gin (I used Tanquery)
  • Add 2 Tbsp of blackberry jam
  • Add 2 Tbsp of coconut rum and 1 Tbsp of pineapple juice
  • To the shaker, add 1 tsp of lime juice and 2 Tbsp of simple syrup
  • Add 5 ice cubes and shake well
  • Serve these blackberry martinis in chilled glasses
