Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 4 oz Gin (I used Tanqueray)
- 2 Tbsp Blackberry Jam (**See Note)
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Rum
- 1 Tbsp Pineapple Juice
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp Simple Syrup
- 5 Ice cubes
Instruction
- In a martini shaker, add 4 ounces gin (I used Tanquery)
- Add 2 Tbsp of blackberry jam
- Add 2 Tbsp of coconut rum and 1 Tbsp of pineapple juice
- To the shaker, add 1 tsp of lime juice and 2 Tbsp of simple syrup
- Add 5 ice cubes and shake well
- Serve these blackberry martinis in chilled glasses
