Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 pint blackberries
  • 1 1/2 cups almond or coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats (I use Bob's Red Mill)
  • 3-4 pieces of ice

Instruction

  • Put all ingredients in blender and blitz for a minute. Taste and check consistency. Add more milk to make it thinner and more ice for thickness.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with sliced almonds, oats, and blackberries.
