Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (I used Silk)
  • 1/2 generous cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon shelled pistachios
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon + sprinkle for the top
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup fresh ice

Instruction

  • Fill blender with all ingredients and blend until ice is crushed.
  • Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
