The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 150 g black sesame seeds
  • 70 g glutinous rice or glutinous rice flour
  • sugar ( , to taste)
  • 4 to 5 cups of water ( , you can adjust the water amount accordingly)

Instruction

  • In a small pan, stir fry black sesame seeds over slow fire until fragrant. Keep stirring the seeds. Remove from heat and cool down.
