Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Ingredients for steak:
  • 1 pound rib eye steak (about 500g, cubed (about 1/2 inch pieces))
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp rice wine
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
  • Other ingredients:
  • 8 button mushrooms (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Instruction

  • In a Ziploc bag, mix all the ingredients for the steak and marinate for about one hour.
  • Line the fryer basket with a sheet of lightly greased aluminum foil.
  • Put the steak inside the fryer basket and air fry at 380F (190C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Add all other ingredients to the steak and stir. Air fry at 380F (190C) for another 4-5 minutes or until the desired doneness is reached.
  • Carefully pour the drippings from aluminum foil into a wok and bring it to boil. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens.
  • Toss the steak cubes in the wok to coat. Serve immediately.
