Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Ingredients for steak:
- 1 pound rib eye steak (about 500g, cubed (about 1/2 inch pieces))
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 2 tsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
- Other ingredients:
- 8 button mushrooms (thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
Instruction
- In a Ziploc bag, mix all the ingredients for the steak and marinate for about one hour.
- Line the fryer basket with a sheet of lightly greased aluminum foil.
- Put the steak inside the fryer basket and air fry at 380F (190C) for about 5 minutes.
- Add all other ingredients to the steak and stir. Air fry at 380F (190C) for another 4-5 minutes or until the desired doneness is reached.
- Carefully pour the drippings from aluminum foil into a wok and bring it to boil. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Toss the steak cubes in the wok to coat. Serve immediately.
