Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound(s) little smokies, cut each one in half
  • 4 can(s) black-eyed peas, with jalapenos if you like a kick (15.5 oz each)
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 1/2 medium cabbage head, sliced thin
  • 3 cup(s) chicken broth

Instruction

  • Do not drain black-eyed peas. Pour into Crock Pot.
  • Place all ingredients in a Crock Pot.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours until cabbage is cooked through. Serve with cornbread.
