The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 Tablespoon Black Bean Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 Tablespoon mirin
- 1 Tablespoon rice wine
- Thinly sliced green onion to garnish
Instruction
- Combine the black bean sauce, oyster sauce, mirin, and rice wine. Marinate the chicken with the sauce mixture and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Take the chicken out of the refrigerator 30 minute prior to air frying. Line the fryer basket with lightly greased aluminum foil.
- Place the chicken thighs in the fryer basket skin side down and air fry at 380F (190C) for about 12 minutes. Flip, then air fry again at 380F (190C) for 6-7 minutes or until the meat temperature exceeds 165 (74C). Save the drippings.
- Thinly slice the chicken, garnish with green onion and drizzle with some drippings to serve.
