Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Bean Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon mirin
  • 1 Tablespoon rice wine
  • Thinly sliced green onion to garnish

Instruction

  • Combine the black bean sauce, oyster sauce, mirin, and rice wine. Marinate the chicken with the sauce mixture and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • Take the chicken out of the refrigerator 30 minute prior to air frying. Line the fryer basket with lightly greased aluminum foil.
  • Place the chicken thighs in the fryer basket skin side down and air fry at 380F (190C) for about 12 minutes. Flip, then air fry again at 380F (190C) for 6-7 minutes or until the meat temperature exceeds 165 (74C). Save the drippings.
  • Thinly slice the chicken, garnish with green onion and drizzle with some drippings to serve.
