Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 15 oz can black beans (undrained)
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated peeled gingerroot
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
Instruction
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes.
