Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 15 ounce can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • celery sticks and tortilla chips (to serve)
  • 2 in chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (optional) (If looking to add a smoky flavor to the dip)

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
  • Check for seasoning and add more salt if needed. Serve with tortilla chips, celery
