Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 15 ounce can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 cup cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- celery sticks and tortilla chips (to serve)
- 2 in chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (optional) (If looking to add a smoky flavor to the dip)
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
- Check for seasoning and add more salt if needed. Serve with tortilla chips, celery
