Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 can Black Bean (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup Mango (Chopped, Optional)
  • 1 cup Boiled Corn Kernels
  • 2 tbsp Pickled jalapeno (Chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Capsicum (Diced)
  • 1/4 cup Red Bell pepper (Diced)
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion (Diced)
  • 1/4 cup Tomato (Diced)
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro (Chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder

Instruction

  • Add all the ingredients in bowl and mix well.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salsa for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with nachos or chips.
