Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 can Black Bean (drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cup Mango (Chopped, Optional)
- 1 cup Boiled Corn Kernels
- 2 tbsp Pickled jalapeno (Chopped)
- 1/4 cup Capsicum (Diced)
- 1/4 cup Red Bell pepper (Diced)
- 1/4 cup Red Onion (Diced)
- 1/4 cup Tomato (Diced)
- 2 tbsp Cilantro (Chopped)
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Instruction
- Add all the ingredients in bowl and mix well.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salsa for 30 minutes.
- Serve with nachos or chips.
