Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup canned black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cup frozen corn kernels (thawed)
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
- 2 tbsp. cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 jalapeño (diced)
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
Instruction
- Add avocados to a bowl and break apart with a fork.
- Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir to combine.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
