Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 cup canned black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn kernels (thawed)
  • 1/2 lime (juiced)
  • 2 tbsp. cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/2 jalapeño (diced)
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)

Instruction

  • Add avocados to a bowl and break apart with a fork.
  • Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir to combine.
  • Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
