The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 ounces black beans
  • 12 ounces Mexicorn
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Let it sit at room temperature for up to an hour for the flavors to marry or cover it and refrigerate overnight.
