Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound steak of choice (sirloin, New York strip, or flat iron)
  • 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp blackened seasoning
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 12 street taco size tortillas
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz crumbled blue cheese

Instruction

  • Brush both sides of the steak with olive oil and sprinkle with the blackened seasoning and kosher salt and pepper.
  • Grill the steak over medium to medium high heat 3-4 minutes per side, depending on thickness and how you like it cooked.
  • As the steak rests, turn the grill down to low and grill the tortillas a few seconds per side.
  • Dice the steak into 1/2 inch pieces. Fill the tortillas with steak, drizzle with sour cream, add shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese.
