Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound steak of choice (sirloin, New York strip, or flat iron)
- 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp blackened seasoning
- kosher salt, pepper
- 12 street taco size tortillas
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 oz crumbled blue cheese
Instruction
- Brush both sides of the steak with olive oil and sprinkle with the blackened seasoning and kosher salt and pepper.
- Grill the steak over medium to medium high heat 3-4 minutes per side, depending on thickness and how you like it cooked.
- As the steak rests, turn the grill down to low and grill the tortillas a few seconds per side.
- Dice the steak into 1/2 inch pieces. Fill the tortillas with steak, drizzle with sour cream, add shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese.
