Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3/4 Cup Biscoff Spread, or Cookie Butter ((180g))
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter ((110g))
- 3/4 Cups Brown Sugar ((130g))
- 1/2 Cup Sugar ((100g))
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 and 3/4 Cups All Purpose Flour ((340g))
- 2 tsp Cornflour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 3/4 Cups Chocolate Chips ((130g))
- 1/2 Cup Biscoff Spread, or Cookie Butter ((125g))
- 6 Biscoff Biscuits (Optional)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an 9" baking pan with baking paper.
- In large bowl, stir together the cookie butter, melted butter, brown sugar and sugar.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Add in the flour, cornflour, baking soda and salt and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips
- Pour half of the cookie dough into the prepared baking pan and smooth into an even layer.
- Spread over the extra Biscoff spread and then top with the remaining cookie dough.
- If you want to add the Biscoff biscuits on top, do this now. Break the biscuits into pieces and place them over top of the cookie dough.
- Bake for around 25-30 minutes (bars will be lightly golden on the top and sides but may appear slightly underdone in the middle.)
