Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 3/4 cup vanilla or Funfetti box cake mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed – or Homemade Whipped Cream
  • 1 1.75 oz container of sprinkles (about 5 tbsp)
  • 2 1/2 large brownies, broken into pieces
  • 2 tbsp chocolate sundae syrup or Homemade Hot Fudge Sauce

Instruction

  • Mix the milk, cake mix, cream cheese and sugar together with a mixer. Mix until smooth.
  • Add the Cool Whip and mix until combined.
  • Add the sprinkles and brownies (you can use store-bought or homemade brownies) and mix until combined.
  • Stir in the chocolate sundae syrup. Stirring a little less will give more of a ribbon of chocolate to the ice cream. Stirring more will make it more uniformly chocolatey.
  • Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3-4 hours, then scoop and serve.
