Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 lbs Velveeta (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup real bacon pieces
  • 2 Roma tomatoes (seeded and diced)
  • Thousand Island Dressing
  • tortilla chips

Instruction

  • Brown ground beef in a deep skillet, drain, and return to pan.
  • Stir in dried minced onion and Worcestershire sauce and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
  • Add in cubed Velveeta and cook over medium low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in bacon pieces and tomatoes.
  • Transfer to serving bowl and drizzle Thousand Island dressing over top. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
